Age: 30s-40s.

Description: Jim is a sadistic, struggling middle manager determined to earn a promotion by boosting his office's sales numbers, by any means necessary. He bullies the weak, grovels before the powerful, and panics at the first sign of adversity.

Character traits: Insecure, high strung, sadistic, wimpy.
